Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

If your item arrives damaged or defected, we’re happy to offer a refund or send a replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and include clear photos of the item and original packaging. Kindly note that we do not accept returns.
Small bubbles or tiny specks are a natural part of the handmade process and materials used.
They do not affect the function or quality of the item, and are not considered defects.
We currently do not offer local delivery or local pick-up. All orders are shipped with tracking.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’re happy to help update your delivery address. Please contact us at with your order number and the correct address. Once the order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.
